Help, I can't see any products or prices. Why not? TOP
Many of our customers appreciate that we do not disclose our wholesale prices to the public. You must me a registered customer to be able to login and view our products and pricing. We have a quick and easy registration page. Once you sign up/register, you will be notified that you can login with your username and password and start shopping on our site. What method of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa. I want to order certain items but I couldn't find them on your website. What should I do? TOP
We are in the process of putting our entire product line onto the website. If you can't find a particular item that you are looking for, we just may not have gotten to inserting that item onto the website yet. Just go to the Contact Us page and either send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to help you out with that order. When will my item ship? TOP
We ship our products as soon as possible. Most items can be shipped within a couple days. Due to the fact that all of our products are handcrafted, it may take a little longer depending upon the size of the order and availability of supplies. If you have any concerns about delivery time, please feel free to either Contact Us or use the special request box when placing your order. What are the shipping fees? TOP
We ship with the United States Postal Service priority mail. The cost is $4.80. per total order, not per individual piece. We do not charge any handling fees. Can you ship to countries outside the US? TOP
Sorry, at this time we do not ship to any other countries. We only ship to the USA. What is La Bella Vita's refund policy? TOP
We are very confident that you will be pleased with your jewelry. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please Contact Us to see what can be done to accommodate you. Custom designed pieces are not refundable, unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
You may return your item under the following conditions:
1) You must Contact Us within 7 days of your receiving your order and we will let you know where to send it. 2) Your item must be returned in it's unused, original condition with the original price tag attached.
3) You may exchange your item for items of equal or lesser value or you can receive a store credit, to be used withing 6 months from the date of purchase, for the amount of the returned item. Shipping fees are not refundable.
4) Send your item to the address we give you when you contact us. We recommend that you insure your package. We can not be responsible for mishandling by shipping services. 5) Enclose: your reason for return, a copy of your receipt, your contact and shipping information, $4.80 for return shipping (if you're receiving a piece back). What about sizes? TOP
Most of our jewelry is standard sizing. A standard adult bracelet is 7 1/4" - 7 1/2". A standard adult necklace measures 16" - 18". You will see a size in the description of the piece, or you may see a drop down box in which you can choose a specific size. If you do not see a size listed or you would like to order a piece, but it is not the size you need, please Contact Us. We handcraft all of our jewelry, so it is very possible that we would be able to make the adjustment to accommodate you before shipping. Many of our items have a sterling silver extender chain built right in to allow for adjustable sizing.
